New Bradley/Colin Interview!

The folks @ Geek Syndicate have finally put up their C/B interview! I haven't watched it yet, but it's thirteen minutes of Colin and Bradley, so it should be beautiful. ♥

eta: I've finally watched it!

  • Colin and Bradley both excitedly pick 3x10 as their favourite of the series. Colin says it's apparently a Princess Bride-type adventure and takes place away from Camelot.
  • There IS a situation where Merlin has the opportunity to do "something magical" in front of Arthur and he does, but they can't say anything more on the subject. DUN DUN DUN.


Colin also wishes the show would continue to explore the fact that both Merlin and Arthur have a missing parent, and both boys acknowledge the frustration with the reset button, making some jokes about brain damage!Arthur along the way. ARE THEY SECRETLY APART OF THIS FANDOM, OR?

IKR. I feel like we're going to be spoiled on Fridays. Last week it was ~MERLIN, NO CONTEST~ and the first quest video. Today was, well— TODAY. I THINK I COULD GET USED TO THIS.

I can listen to them all day. All the day long. All the live-long day. Their facial expression, how Bradley looks at Colin, Colin's smiles, the jokes ...

So happy to have a place I can just be silly over them. I'm not crazy? Right? If I am, YOU ARE TOO. ;D

THEY ARE TRYING TO KILL US.

That is the only logical explanation I can come to, because SO MUCH EPIC IN ONE DAY IS TOO MUCH TO HANDLE!!! :D

I haven't even watched it yet, but who needs to shower... or wash dishes... or go to sleep when I have 13 minutes of Bradley and Colin to watch! OMG!!

Come now... we ALL know that Bradley secretly reads and writes fanfic! I thought this was like common knowledge *chuckles* ;D

(Though you do have a bit of a point... I think they know more than we even think they do. Though how much do I love the fact that Bradley fully acknowledges how stupid it makes Arthur look. THANK YOU!! Why the hell doesn't Johnny Capps take notes? :P)

Also, doesn't Merlin, like, always use magic around Arthur these days? I mean, how is this different, LMAO? ;) It can't really get much worse than yelling a spell about 3 feet behind Arthur in 2x12, can it? *chuckles*

I really liked how Bradley just stared at Colin, as if thinking, "I could listen to him talk all day...no, don't stop. Here: read the phone book, if you don't have anything else to say."

And whenever Bradley said anything, Colin behaved as if it was the funniest, most entertaining thing he'd ever heard.

Every friday needs to be like this one and the last one. Forever.

I wish the camera hadn't cut out so fast every time but it's great how relaxed they and free they are here. They're at their best when they can talk openly and give their honest opinions to fans rather than being in full-promotion mode. The self- and character-awareness that comes with them being amaaaazing actors shows and I love every bit of it!

also also, something I find very amusing about the Arthur getting knocked unconscious thing is that the same thing ended up being a running gag with Giles on Buffy when the fans started to notice how often he got knocked out.
CORDELIA: I came over here to tell Buffy to stop this craziness and found you all unconscious... again. How many times have you been knocked out, anyway? I swear, one of these times, you're gonna wake up in a coma.
GILES: Wake up in a— Oh, never mind. We need to save Buffy from Hansel and Gretel.

Great video - worth the half hour it took me to load the thing.

1. Bradley's eeeyes, My bb is so tired.

2. Colin only spent 20 minutes in San Diego? Duuude, you have so got to come back.

3. Bradley had the weekend off? He could have come? Who decided it was more important to have two producers come and no Bradley? *sulks*

Is Bradley doing anything else than looking at Colin?

That said, I am SO INCREDIBLY SAD that I won't get to watch episode 10 live. It must be epic. When they agreed on a favourite season one episode, they both picked The Labyrinth of Gedref, did they not?

And haha, the unconsciousness jokes. So glad they acknowledge that it's utterly ridiculous. But then, it could very well be seen as a running gag and therefore completely intended. Kids love running gags, I guess.

Oh, oh, I don't know anyone whose laugh is as infectious as Colin's. The broadness of my smile is EMBARRASSING. *hides*
